Once your purchase has been completed, you agree to the Shipping Policy stated below.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage once you have signed for and accepted delivery. Signing for a mirror that is unchecked (customer must inspect visually before signing) will not be accepted in the case of a damage claim.
- All deliveries can take up to 5–7 working days, but all in-stock mirrors are usually dispatched within a few days. Delivery time after collection from MirrorZone depends on the courier and location. If you need a mirror by a specific date, please contact us prior to purchase to confirm we can meet your deadline. If a mirror is out of stock, we require approximately 4–6 weeks for delivery. You will be notified by email if this occurs.
- No liability will be attached to MirrorZone if delivery dates are not met due to reasons beyond our control. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to MirrorZone within 7 days by emailing info@clonmelglassandmirrors.com.
- If your property has any access restrictions, please let us know as early as possible.
- Every effort is made to deliver goods at the price quoted. However, MirrorZone reserves the right to alter pricing in the event of increases in tax, freight or carriage charges, insurance, or any other applicable costs.
Shipping Methods & Liability
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms below, including the delivery method selected and the responsibilities associated with it.
We inspect all mirrors prior to dispatch.
MirrorZone offers the following delivery options:
1. 🛍️ Click & Collect
Free in-store collection is available from our shop at 24 Mary Street, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, E91 YV52. Once collected, responsibility for the mirror transfers to the customer.
2. 🤝 Customer’s Own Courier
You may choose to organise your own courier for collection. By selecting this option, you accept full responsibility for the collection and transport of your mirror, including any risk of damage in transit.
3. 📦 An Post
Nationwide delivery with full tracking is available free of charge. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your parcel via the An Post website at www.anpost.com.
Please Note: By choosing this option, you agree that MirrorZone is not liable for any damage incurred once the mirror leaves our premises.
4. 🚚 Our Trusted Local Courier
This subsidised, secure, non-tracked service is handled by our local delivery partner. MirrorZone takes full responsibility for the safe delivery of your mirror when this option is selected.
