Returns Policy
Once your purchase has been completed, you agree to the Returns/Refund Policy stated below.
Thank you for placing an order with MirrorZone. We do our utmost to ensure your order is carefully dispatched using your selected shipping method, and we trust you will be happy with your purchase.
Change Your Mind?
Please Note: Special order goods made to your own specifications cannot be returned.
If, for any reason, your purchased mirror does not suit your needs, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- You must complete the Returns Form available on our website.
- Mirrors must be returned in their original condition, securely repacked in the original box, and accompanied by a valid receipt (customers are responsible for obtaining proof of delivery).
- Notice of your intention to return your mirror must be received by MirrorZone within 14 days of delivery, and you must send back or hand over the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
- MirrorZone cannot accept returned mirrors that arrive damaged. In these circumstances, we will liaise with you but no refund/exchange will be given.
- Contact must be made with MirrorZone by emailing info@clonmelglassandmirrors.com in advance of your purchase being returned, to ensure that someone is present to accept and validate the mirror.
You May Choose One of the Following Return Methods:
1. Personal Drop-Off at Our Store: 24 Mary Street, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, E91 YV52
2. Arrange Your Own Courier: You are responsible for arranging the return and any associated risks or costs. We recommend using a tracked courier for your return to protect yourself.
3. Our Trusted Local Courier: We can organise collection via our trusted local courier for a €50 fee.
Mirror Damaged Upon Arrival
In the rare case that your mirror arrives damaged:
- You must complete the Returns Form within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Once MirrorZone has reviewed and approved the documentation, and confirmed that the 'Our Trusted Local Courier' shipping option was selected at checkout, arrangements will be made by MirrorZone to collect the mirror and either deliver a replacement mirror or issue a refund, based on the buyer’s preference, at no cost to the buyer. Should the mirror not be in stock, we will liaise with you and advise as to when we will next be in a position to dispatch it.
- Should you wish to avail of a refund, same will be done once the mirror is returned. Please allow a number of days for the money to arrive into your account.
- We will refund the mirror price only to the original credit/debit card used for the online purchase.
MirrorZone will not be liable for any faults arising from misuse, installation damage, alteration, fair wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
Orders
- All prices listed (on our website, leaflets, or promotional materials) are in EUROS (€) and inclusive of VAT.
- Prices are subject to change due to VAT adjustments, manufacturer pricing, or to correct any errors or omissions.
- MirrorZone reserves the right to change the advertised price before an order is placed and to refuse any order.
- To purchase, you must provide your name, contact details, and payment information through Shopify Payments, a secure payment system.
- No additional charges apply to credit or debit card transactions.
Please Note: MirrorZone is not responsible for any damage incurred during installation.
